# CONTENT CREATION AGREEMENT

Creator agrees to deliver content that:

- Is free from grammatical and spelling errors
- Complies with Client's brand guidelines
- Adheres to platform-specific requirements
### 5.2 Approval Process

- Feedback must be specific and actionable
- Silence after approval period constitutes acceptance

### 6.2 Non-Disclosure Obligations

## 7. CREATOR WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS
Creator warrants that:
- All content will be original and plagiarism-free
- Creator has the right and authority to enter into this Agreement
- Content will not violate any laws or third-party rights
- Creator will meet all agreed-upon deadlines
- Creator has professional liability insurance of at least [INSURANCE_AMOUNT]

## 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

## 11. TERMINATION

## 13. GENERAL PROVISIONS
